Jeremy D. Spence Coaching

Coaching is providing professional support to individuals focusing on strengths, problem-solving skills, and creating more effective decision making processes so that you can achieve the goals you have for life.  Coaching is more future-oriented and positive than counseling may seem.  Though both may have a goal of healthier living and better relationships, coaching is helping you to unlock the potential you have regardless of what stage of life you are in.

Coaching is not appropriate when there is a mental health issue present and not being treated by a professional counselor.  Coaching however is appropriate for those who need help maintaining objectivity and creating a plan for the future.  I am uniquely qualified to help others as a coach and as a counselor for Ohio residents. (Please visit my counseling site https://bridgesofhopecounseling.com for more information on counseling.)

A benefit of coaching is that this is open to anyone, anywhere.   It is highly flexible and typically will take place on the phone of via video conferencing.  Also presently coaching is not licensed by any state and therefore normal geographical boundaries do not exist.  The important thing to remember is whether or not the person coaching you is competent to provide those services. I have have over 20 years coaching individuals and families alongside more than 7 years as a licensed counselor.  I can provide spiritual, general, business, relationships and marriage coaching to those who need assistance.
